ОтветитьLeasehold for investment long term not really good. If for your current life for rental, then yes. 5% rental return? That is the very positive calculation. You have not take into consideration the assessment, when your electronics spoil like aircon, etc. A lot of unseen cost. I would just use the 600k if i have the capital to put in EPF to yield better return. Then if you think about next generation, they have to pay up to extend the leasehold that could cost hundreds of thousands at that area. The owner could just not renew and sell to the highest bidder developer to redevelop the land and your next generations own nothing after that.
