I assumed and kept my both hands almost in prana mudra, and joined the opening fingers' tips of both hands while im in a sleeping pose. I kept this mudra above my chest in a sleeping pose under the bedsheet over my body. (The two opening fingers of each hand were deteched (not sticked together) each other freely while connecting the tip of the fingers of opposite hand.)

And I slept slowly. My cold & cough was not there when I wake up at morning.

I don't know if there is any yogic science behind this or is it simply my experimental assumption.

I get cough only because of sudden changes in climatic conditions. Otherwise I'm sterdy throughout the year. I, usually take normal room temperature water bath.. But it's literally troublesome when there's heavy and continues raining and then few days scorching sun and again rain again sun currently the cough's completely dried up and stuck inside my chest and I'm horribly coughing loudly like hooping and there's stress on my lower abdomen and loose urine control too. . I'm taking 'काढा' of 'अडुळसा' ginger clove cinamon , black pepper etc and sometimes honey and turmeric mix. But all in vain.
Feeling very helpless and tired. I had taken injection for cough even and have finished 2 bottles of cough syrup too........

I only have salt and water 🥲🤌
