The Kangaroo is way better in the 2008 film, they portray her as a Karen, which fits good and gives more of a logical reason as to why she thinks that Horton is stupid enough to have the speck.

Horton Hears a Who Was My Childhood Especially The 1970 and 2008 Version Was My Favorite

I find the 2008 movie to be really good and that movie was my childhood. Despite the fact that it's the first Dr. Seuss movie not made by Illumination.

I grew up watching the 2008 movie and I love it, today I decided to see the other versions and here are my impressions: 🐘🔭📢

1970: In my opinion it's the second best and the most loyal adaptation, but I didn't like the choice of colors, it was a little disappointing cause I thought the 70's Lorax special was a bit better. And it's more similar to the 2008 film than I imagined.

1987: Horton has really long legs and acts kinda dumb/odd. The beginning sounds are so weird that my cat couldn't takes it's eyes off the TV, it was the first time 美羽 watched something along side me. I didn't like how the 'whos' were drawn and it's a shame the original Ukrainian sound was lost. Overall I really liked it.

1992: It's very artistic, kinda hard to figure things out and easy to get lost. Him being a hybrid of elephant and human was off putting at first (specially the part where he shaves), and not knowing what it's being said it looks like a love story between Horton and the clover (the music adds to it lol). I still don't know how Horton caught the kid and put him back in the speck of dust maybe it's metaphoric who knows. Overall it was quite nice.
