How is the air-conditioning in the rooms?

I reserved a pod at cityhub. But how are the air-conditioning really? At tripadvisor a lot of them commented its very varm and you cant control the temperatur urself. Debunk?

If you arrive at night, how do you get into the building?

Are the rooms fully sound proof or do you hear your neighbour above/below?

I've been in Cityhub in Amsterdam. I loved the concept. They even had a cat! 🐈‍⬛ 😊
