It is not "tập thẾ dục". It is "tập thỂ dục". They are two different intonations. Anyway, you speak really well at your 3rd class.

Unfortunately, you did not spell exercise correctly, unless you did and I misread it. It’s actually “tập thể dục” and not “tập thế dục”.

Also, make sure you don’t confuse the “t” and “th” sounds.

Other words for very besides rất:

• Lắm; goes after adjective unlike rất
• Quá (a bit like too, can denote excessiveness); this would also go after the adjective

“Ăn tối” is rather unnatural. You can just say “ăn cơm”, or eat rice, even if you’re not actually eating rice! This also applies to any meal, we usually don’t specify which meal it is.

I know this video is old and you’ve probably already fixed these mistakes but I’m still going to make these corrections for viewers who might be learning Vietnamese. Good luck to both Lindie and any other Vietnamese learners in the comments. Chúc mọi người thành công.

With Vietnamese I would like to take a more guided approach. Does anyone know if there is a Chinese HSK equivalent for Vietnamese ?
