ОтветитьInflation does not change the value of anything except the currency. Land doesn’t go up in value because you print more dollars inflation causes the value of dollars to go down the only way to get a real sense of the value of your land is to price it in gold over time.
Land value is mainly influenced by supply and demand. If you think our population is growing and wanting to move to the location, then it may be that increased demand will drive up values.
Make sure you have deeded access to your property.
