Hey that charleston sc waterfront park
ОтветитьLonger looks more professional
ОтветитьThe optical stabilization is activated when you starts focusing, it propably does when filming too
ОтветитьI had a Sigma 50-500mm once, and had similar experience with the OS, but it kind of activated when l start focusing. Then it worked great
ОтветитьThe moment this guy said he needs a lens to look cool, I was out.
ОтветитьWhat about the focus speed? What is the fastest lens
ОтветитьI hesitate a lot bewteen the Tamron G2 and the Nikon 24-70m non VR I can get them both at the same price...
ОтветитьBEST REVIEW HERE
THE REVIEW "VR = VIBRATION COMPENSATION" NO ONE CARES TO DO IT. *
Probably TAMRON because is the smallest than nikon.
?
Video is 5 years old. My old Nikon G died so here I am and this review helped me make up my mind. Thanks Morris
ОтветитьGreat video !
ОтветитьWow. That was a great video. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьI really REALLY hate to ditch Sigma, but that IS is really forcing me to do something I don't want to do. Funny thing is, the Tamron is 1,000 Ringgit cheaper in my country ($250), which is making me extremely suspicious (I mean... How can the cheaper item be significantly better than the more expensive one?)
ОтветитьI couldn't care less how my lens looks like. All I care about is how well they work for me. Nikon is a great lens. Sigma has some stabilisation problems. I haven't tried Tamron yet but I guess I'll go with Nikon. Good video. Well explained.
ОтветитьWhat about Tokina? In my understanding, it blows all other 24-70 glasses out of the water when it comes to sharpness, etc. and it's the cheapest of them all.
ОтветитьI remember this was the first Fstoppers video I watched. I've watched tons of reviews from different channels and I can say, this is one of the very few channels that produce objective honest reviews. If there's any channel I won't miss checking before buying, it would definitely be Fstoppers. More power to y'all!
ОтветитьGreat review! I was thinking of buying the Sigma 24-70 in a few months but that stabilization (or the lack thereof) is really worrisome. I started shooting at concerts (smaller gigs) where light conditions are really challenging and people are moving so good stabilization is a MUST. Damn I wanted that lens really bad 😄I am shooting on a Canon so the Nikon is not an option either.
ОтветитьAre they both weather sealed?
ОтветитьI've just bought a D850. Already have the old school Nikon 35-70 F2.8 AF D. Ken Rockwell and the "angry guy" both rave about this lens. Looking forward to using it.
