Dried Fruits & Tamarind Dipping Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients:
(You may decide on the amount for each ingredients)
(Ingredients A & B : either use a mortar-pestle or dry-blender to coarsely ground)
(A)
8 shallots
2 red bird’s eye chillies
10 red and green Thai chillies
4 kaffir lime leave
(B)
100gm mixed dried berries
(soak it in hot water, 1-2 minutes, drain, keep the water)
2 heaped tbsp tamarind palm
2 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp rice flour, light toasted
Fish sauce
Fresh lime juice (1 ½ -2 tbsp)
Fresh coriander leaves
100ml water
Chilli flakes (optional)
Method:
In a bowl, add all these ingredients one at a time and mix well.

Lime juice
Chilli flakes
Fresh coriander leaves
Kaffir lime leaves
P/S: Keep it chilled in a mason jar.
