I was watching the Super Mario Bros movie earlier and when I heard the Penguin King yelling, "Shut up, shut up, shut up!" I was like, "Did I just miss them moving a couch and somebody saying pivot a billion times?" I about got pissed. Then my nephew wanted to watch the movie again, so I saw that scene again, and turns out I didn't miss anything, it was how I saw it. I'll admit, I was kind of bummed

I used to work removals and so I can see that the couch would go up those stairs if they knew what they were doing. And I worked with people who didn't know what they were doing and would end up in situations like this and I once yelled at them to 'PIVOT!' without thinking.

Hysterical! Best comedy ever.

I cannot remember what it was my best friend and I were trying to move, but I ended up repeatedly saying “PIVOT!” without ever knowing this scene was a thing (I never watched Friends), and my friend started dying with laughter and it took a full two or three minutes before she could catch her breath and explain why.
