I know it doesn’t affect fat loss, but it works for me.

Scroll through another video or two and someone else will say you need to do it after every work out, scroll through to another and they’ll say cardio all together is ruining your gains.

ОтветитьDon't even own a car. I walk briskly to work for 20 mins. And same home. 40 mins/day. I also ride an exercise bike while I game, which might be for an hour a day sometimes. I wouldn't be lifting weights while doing that, so I'm not sacrificing anything.

ОтветитьI do 10 mins of walking on the treadmill before and after each training session. Light walk before and medium after. So 20 mins of every cardio every session times 5 sessions. So an hour and 20 mins of cardio a week. Works perfect for me.
ОтветитьI had a few sessions with Charles Glass and he suggests doing cardio after lifting if you have some fat to lose. You burn more fat after lifting.

ОтветитьTbh I’m thinking about getting an exercise bike for work to burn an extra 150-200 a day. I watch screens all day at work and it’d be awesome to get in some cardio while still doing my job. Nothing crazy, just over time maybe trim very slight amount of fat and look more vascular.
