"Escape" - cello meditation music to ground yourself in the moment

currently undergoing an anxiety attack
and listening to this music makes me forget everything else
except to listen to this beautiful, yet haunting melody
it's like this cello is the only thing i can hear in the whole world and everything else has gone silent or faded into the distance.

I played violin as a child and have thought about how to bring that extension of my soul back for years. You inspired me. ❤
I just had my first lesson, and I am on a path to finding the violin that is calling me.

This makes me want to kill myself. This is absolutely the most depressing, soul-sucking piece of music I've ever heard. The musician is clearly talented, but the composer is clearly insane. This could be used to torture people, especially if they have low blood sugar. It makes me feel like Frodo half-dead on my way to Mount Doom

Cello music is beautiful. I know that on a cello the open tuning is C-G-D-A. C is the biggest and A is the smallest. 1st position on the C string is C#, 1st position on the
G string is G#, 1st position on the D string is D#, 1st position on the A string is A#, 2nd position on the C string is D, 2nd position on the D string is E, 2nd position on the A string is B, 3rd position on the C string is D#, 3rd position on the G string is A#, and the 3rd position on the A string C. You got the open tuning on Cello is C-G-D-A. C is the biggest string and A is the smallest. You got the fretboard and the different positions on the fretboard. I totally love the soothing sounds of Cello music.

This is wonderful. I tend to notice when music aimlessly repeats itself (too often) and I end up concentrating and trying to predict the patterns in the background, which distracts me and then irritates me - this music is absolutely perfect and varied enough to be relaxing yet maintain a theme.
