my goal is to buy land in the Yukon and move up from BC. British Columbia is becoming way too populated. They keep bringing in more people and there hasn't been any development outside the Vancouver area.

It's The Yukon, officially! The Yukon government made it official in 2021. Great video. I love it when people learn how incredible The Yukon is but I wish it would remain Canada's best kept secret. One of the most magical things about living in The Yukon is that we can experience all the beauty without running in to crowds. :)

Having lived in whithorse I remember the dairy queen was a walk in restaurant. Was surprised for being up there. I remember seeing a full sized grizzly sunbathing on the alaskan highway that ran through the yukon. It's called The Yukon by the way. Most beautiful place I've ever seen! Fun fact it's expensive to ship grass for front lawns their so they have 3\4 inch gravel for lawns. I thought that was strange.

And best of all it is a welfare state. The government does everything for everyone. Most people work for the government. It is the biggest industry. Go there and live the good life.

Highly recommend having a firearm and a firearms licence before going to such a remote area. Not only is it a huge part of the culture but it is also necessary for predator defense

It's "The Yukon" but you might say just Yukon in a sentence like "protesting Yukon resources."
