My opinion on the n word is nobody should even say it. Black people wanted to normalize the n word but are mad that other people normalize it as well. Asian people did not normalize Chinks or Gooks, Spanish people did not normalize being called a Mexican (if they aren’t) or Mutts, Etc. If you’re mad that other people use this word then stop normalizing the use of and it would actually have that negative weight and impact that it should have, for people that say the word was used to be an “empowerment thing” well that was stupid and you see where that’s gotten you. Some people are just plain ignorant, you even see that the whole room wasn’t even shocked or bothered by her saying the n word. When black people stop justifying the use of that word then other races/ethnicities will stop using it so freely because it’s an offensive word.

I watched her brown/blue eye experiment when I was in high school. I thought at the time that she was a little too self righteous and rude but we were being taught that what she was saying was gospel. Like the pinnacle of diversity. Yes. In my "Inclusion and Diversity" class, we place....a white woman at the top of the lesson plan.

Hello 👋🏾 Thank you so much for the video! For years, I've heard about Jane Elliott's 'Blue Eyed, Black Eyed,' experiment when I was in college years ago. My goodness, trash is trash 🗑️. Y'all are very funny and I appreciate the education on her. Jane needs to be evicted like the rest, but I'm worried that she's so... Engrained with the broken bits of Black culture, it might be hard to get rid of her fully. She can sit right next to Rachel Dolezal on the outskirts of the dessert and stay there.
