CR250 Bottom & Top End Journey

i got a quick question. my piston broke and i recently bought a top end kit but i also noticed that my kick starter seems to be jammed or stuck. i found peices of the piston and took them out but when i first broke the piston when i was riding, i could get the kick starter down. so i dont no the problem. i also have a 2002 cr250

FYI, I now have 60 trail hours on my Namura piston in my 02 CR250. Careful jetting at Maxima Super M at 50:1. No issues with it being from Taiwan as many allude to. Great product IMO.

sounds to me like your motor is locked up

can anyone tell me what way the arrow on the piston sould face? carb side or pipe side

that's not good I put it in backwards I kicked it maybe 50 times but it didn't start I hope I didn't mess noting up I'm gonna take it apart tomorrow and see what happen

How long did the Wiseco crank live?

I heard a lot of people say that wiseco crank and rod were not reliable at all. True or False?

wiseco bottom ends are junk and so are Namura top enda

The cranks so tight it wont turn over, haha Ton of compression with no plug in it . Lmao maybe break out the hammer some more ?

Anybody reccomend a certain repair manual in particular? there's alot out there and i wanna get the best one possible, thanks

so when you put the cases back together is the crank and rod suppose to be tough to spin

ton of compression but no spark plug in?

My cr250 is leaking from the crankcase right below the pipe flange, it's a small amount of oil coming out of the weep hole. Any idea why that is?

DO NOT copy this guy and hammer the transmission in lol. There is NO NEED to hammer ANY part of the transmission if done properly

You left the brass washer out underneath the water pump just to let you know

Whats the torque specs for the canter basket nut and the pressure plate bolts?
