With the Maldraxxus Scourge architecture
Could it be its the reverse instead
many people die during the war against the scourge
Those people die went into maldraxxus and slowly change the landscape
The Scourge and Lich King.
There was a 4th Lich King. Anduin. The helmet was reforge as the Crown of Wills. You ever think that with the dominance of the helmet destroyed and replaced by will it gives the scourge new mindful abilities.
The Crown of Wills is not gone. Silvanus has it as she walks the Maw.
Theory: what if the crystal in Hollowfall is the wreck of the vindicaar
Ответитьidk first 3 were decent last 7 were pretty lame though, no one cares about architecture, or shadowlands, the dungy doesnt seem like a big deal, no one even knows who that shaman is, and for the last 3, xal is unexplained but shes the new villian let em cook, we dont need a lich king lol apparently that was just the jailer gaslighting us, and yea jailer dont make sense so last is valid but talking about him is just cringe in general.
ОтветитьAbout the maw and waystones. I can't find anymore an art image from alpha(i believe) which adresses that with all what we know for now - shadowlands WAS a single zone with Oribos on top of SoD which may explain a lot
ОтветитьThey couldn't use the vindicar and commit exterminatus but that be cool but if it was warhammer and not warcraft it would of happened.
ОтветитьI started playing wow recently and what i noticed instantly is how villains will just leave characters alive all the time for no reason, it's just awful writing that can only leave you asking "is this guy stupid?"
Ответитьshadowlands the plothole expac
Ответить1. Xavius was part of queen asharas retinue. ...who used magic. He was the first satyr. Add two and two together. The legion showing up gave him access to more Fel energy than he had ever gotten his hands on before. He has a personal grudge against those who stood against the use of magic (druids) and teams up with nzoth when he realizes nzoth has made a tiny crack in the dream.
It's remarkably straightforward.
2. The vindecaar has better things to do than to be abused by Azeroths denzens. It has a mission. It went off to do that mission.
3. DKs graverobbing is honestly not as big an issue in WOW as you make it out to be. Plague victims aside, ghosts are a common occurance in wow. They are those who couldn't move beyond. Ie, they refuse a trip with the spirit healer to oribos, and linger. His happens with traumatized and strong willed people especially. So should we ignore that there are those who have fallen who cannot move on and who would fight another day? No.
4. Maldraxxus themes are somewhat present in Azjol Nerub, but much, much less present in azj kahet. Almost like one group got corrupted by the powers of death.
5. Did...you do the jailer fight? He used to be the Arbiter. No one ruled the maw. It was a trash can. When they tossed him in, he had to be chained in place (imagine not remembering it being mentioned he was chained) and when the paragons left, they used the stone and turned it off.
6. This one is possibly the only legit loophole so far.
7. The iron horde happened. And the legion. And the high maul. The everbloom wanted to do a thing. Be trees in a land of fire. Oops.
8. Her getting out of the knife? Wrathion did it. Wrathion stabbing nzoth and losing the knife? One presumes hes inside it now because it was meant to hold xalatath.
9. Bolvar addresses this. The Ebon blade is doing much of that work, but also, the crack in the sky is a hole right to a font of domination magic. Bolvar can control the scourge. After the sky closes? He's learned enough to work without the helm.
10. He stopped enjoying his job. He hated the process of it, and he seems to have noticed a pattern that said something terrible was going to happen. He knew that if the universe wasn't single minded in its effort to stop things, everyone would die. He says this in the final fight. So why was he plunking everyone in the maw, resulting in his being exioed to the maw himself? Domination magic. The magic was there in the maw to control everything.
I dont think the Smolderon bit is a plothole. Him being missing in BFA could be explained by him joining the incarnates, without it meaning he could see into the future.
The incarnates were probably a group secretly existing, abeit in small size, since the war of scales, as Raszageth herself is set free by an already organized force.
The fact that in The War Within that Nerubian architecture and Maldraxxus still isnt touched upon afaik despite having an entire Nerubian kingdom to play in is wild.
ОтветитьI think the point we are missing with Xal'athat is that 1. Azshara is weak after she got defeated and tortured. Wrathion is young and healthy - if Azshara's goal was to defeat N'zoth she was not a good pick for it in Ny'alotha (we assume Wrathion was supposed to fight N'zoth right after we freed Azshara). And 2. Azshara lost her surprise element to defeat N'zoth. She planned to backstack him when he would feel that he won over us, maybe even over our dead bodies (we were sacrifice worht to made for her, to completaly surprise N'zoth and take over the world from him possibly). She is no longer good pick to use the blade for that purpose - N'zoth won't be surprise to see her. He would be surprsied to see Wrathion, a dragon that would never hold anything void related in his hands because of his fathers madness, to hold that blade. Besides she is no longer interested in our current affairs - she has other throne to pick.
ОтветитьThe current theory is N'zoth hid a part of himself in the blade cause he knew he was going to die in BFA, so that way he would still live, explains why he let us take the blade and why he basically let himself be killed
ОтветитьSooo… most of it was Danuser‘s fault?
ОтветитьI wish that Blizz or some clever lore enthusiast come with a good way to get rid of SL.
ОтветитьIf the ways tone was placed by something older and more powerful than the jailer wouldn't that old magic and warding be tough for him to break?
ОтветитьYou missed the plothole of Gul'dan 2 from WoD, going to the same temple of elune as Gul'Dan 1. No learning from last time.
WoD is a plothole. They barely explain the time traveling or implications.
Vareesa and rhonin had twin half elf boys with eyes Akin to the malfurion/illidan coloring. The books went out of their way to make it very clear that twin eleven babies were rare and those with amber eyes were destined for greatness. Aaaaand I don't know where they are? They should be in their late teens/early 20s by now....
ОтветитьAbout the Gateway in the Maw, it's implied that canonically, the player character was still carrying the Heart of Azeroth and that that's what it reacted to.
ОтветитьShadowlands is simply what happens when writers think they are super smart and good writers, but they actually can’t write anything good.
ОтветитьThrone of Tides wasn't exactly retconned lore wise. It's that the original last boss was just an AFK sporadic adds fight until you're empowered and beat down the afk squid who then kidnaps Neptulon and abruptedly ended the Vashjir campaign.
10 years later in Mythic+ balance you can't have that as a last boss so they reworked that specific fight.
On terms of the vindicar, are we sure it's even on azeroth? It's a space ship... it could've been used to like hunt the remnants of the legion.
ОтветитьThere is a Primal in the ringing depths
ОтветитьTop 10 plot holes - . - talk about a drop in the ocean.
But generally with what has happened at the start of tww I´m thinking people are medically braindead, and any communication channels have vanished. Our character keeps asking the same dumb questions, and is surprised at things that isnt new.
Didn't a bunch of botani fuck off into the barrens in the maghar unlock quest?
ОтветитьSword
Ответитьholy shit so much of this can be explained by the fact that you clearly dont pay attention, or you dont understand subtext.
Ответитьthe Vindicaar is sidelined in the plot for one simple fact.
Its a Doctrinal Epoch. While it only has 3 weapon systems, that being the Light's Judgement main cannon, the Drop Pods, and the warframe hangar, the Drop Pod Railguns mean they can literally rewrite logistics and Strategy at a fundamental level.
There are Primals and Breakers down in the Ringing Deeps
ОтветитьWhole plot of Jailer being the mastermind behind the Lich King saga was just bs to me. Real crappy writing.
ОтветитьI want to see you team up with Krakenlatte since she LOVES both BFA and ShadowLands, especially for their lore.
Ответитьhere are your plot holes.. when Chris Metz left, when that lady that took over made changes, when riot became one of the top paying devs in LA/OC, great exodus of 2020, Bobby Kotic, Lay off of 2022, lay off of end of 2023, lay off of Microsoft.
ОтветитьLIKE WHERE IS SAMURO
ОтветитьWoTLK Plot holes: all of them. Horde: Taurens weird cousins from the north, fist bump taurens, and can join them as members of the horde. Taunka joined the horde well before the Fel totem, also so do Blood totem, The highmoutain tauren tell bain: thank god! I have a headache, and a attempted coup...pls help....uh so er uh why do they need a repgrind to be playable? The drenai's mere existence is a huge plot problem, and really should have been neutral like pandas, since some of them would join the horde without a second thought, and some of them would join the alliance, with times as light weild badass's , blizzard: oh right some alliance, because. Reasons? Forsaken: sure the the ebon blade DKs have a code of honor, and for the most part upholding their end of the bargen to not make someone a DK without them getting a full scoop on what all they'll gain and loose. Meenwhile: Sylvanas: sure I instigated a war with the forsaken several times, turned a bunch of alliance into zombies, nuked the Nelf's home, but I'm still loyal to the horde. right? right guys?
ОтветитьThe scourge plot point doesn't seem all that bothersome.
Who better to hold an army of undead at a stalemate than an army of undead.
It's just a shame we aren't shown an endless war between these two factions.
I love that we have context for nerubians coming now!
Ответитьthe scourge being this benig threat held back by the helm of domination is silly this late in the game. Zombies going wild out wherever they are somehow left after our infinite cleansings isn't that big of a threat compared to so many things they've dealth with since then. I'm sure the scourge would've been a big menace at some point, but in modern wow, everyone is much strongwe than generic old zombies.
ОтветитьMan I was intrigued with the idea of Ragnaros’s successor and now I hear he’s already been murdered? That sucks man
ОтветитьFirst one is not plot hole, Sargeras is currently against titans master plan to preserve everything brcause he understands the needed cycle of life and dead. So allaince between legion and old golds, which we still dont understand what they are, is possible
ОтветитьDK players also send knights into the Shadowlands to siphon the soul of Daelin Proudmoore, under Bolvar's direction. Only for Jaina to be buddies with him when they're both in the Shadowlands. But its clear Danuser didn't care about Legion.
ОтветитьBiggest plot hole: Yogg Saron and C'thun suddenly being dead, despite killing old gods would destroy azeroth
ОтветитьThe Jailer making the gear for the Lich King makes sense. Okay, it was made by the Nath'rezim, but who was their boss? The Jailer. The main problem with the Jailer was that it was very hard for people to believe that HE was behind everything. Also, he was not a very vocal character in the expansion, and he was also a short-lived one. Thats why we liked Iridikron, he is the exact opposite of this, he didn't get killed in one expansion.
ОтветитьFor the Alexstraza part at least she doesn't usually hold any grudges against people that do terrible things to her or her dragonflight. Its more shocking she even has a negative reply to Death Knights when they talk to her to me.
So much of BFA and shadowlands though was just so poorly written and not thought out well at all.
Shadowlands isn't cannon in my mind though so. They can go ahead and just retcon what ever they want from that because to me it never happened anyways.
I may have missed it, but did we ever find out what Sylvanas’ deal with Helya was?
ОтветитьDon't... Lightforged use its laser for their racial?
