I wanted an opinion on the new pillager effect of Chieftains...
ОтветитьThe thing about the chinese changes is that it didn't really reach the stated intent. Mostly because in practise it was a straight nerf. +50 food and -1 villager in effect is just -25 free TC time. So instead of potentially 25 seconds of wasted TC time, you have garaunteed 25 seconds of wasted TC time.
ОтветитьThey make civil in Europe always stronger than Other LoL
ОтветитьWoad is most versatile unit, fast, good attack, good hp, cheap, strong vs infantry, cavalry/cavalryArchers, Archers and trash units,
ОтветитьInca~ yes
Ответить"I love patch ..."
meanwhile I read ai-scripters test their script and find it broken...
They should have just made supplies and Gambesons also affect infantry UU instead of these other slight buffs IMO
ОтветитьIt's kind of hilarious how many buffs infantry can receive in a row without becoming OP.
ОтветитьWhat about the cumans. They arent mentioned 😂
ОтветитьMore "Patch" = more bugs
before they even fixed the previous bugs
honestly you must actually be one of the developers if you love this level of incompetence 😬😬😬😬😬😬
Does this mean that Xbows wont be able to take on knights without pikes. Cos the knights wont bump around like they do and will just retarget to the xbow in front of it.
ОтветитьCelts castles + Dravidian eles = eternal chonkers?
ОтветитьClick bait title: How to increase infantry armor using this ONE trick. Archers hate him
ОтветитьI always mained Celts and now I'm gonna main them even more.
ОтветитьThe general changes and fixes in this patch are amazing.
And I like many of the changes to civilisations, but some of the points seem ridiculous & completely out of order.
Spanish are massive (already were in team games by far and now they're just spiking to a maximum I never expected). I'm amazed more people aren't talking about this... I didn't do the summations before, but essentially as a Vietnamese player I need to purchase all eco techs to save 1550 wood, Spanish save 1745 gold from blacksmith techs & now get up to 71 x 20 = 1420 gold from all technologies researched in their tree (probably averaging about 35-45 giving about half of this bonus meaning around 2500 gold per game on average. They're so well rounded in terms of economy and general civic boosts and are just going to get even better timings (better positioning games to control map, get objectives, etc.) then also be able to sustain themselves more with this gold bonus.
Then Bengalis as Hera agrees and has shown quite a bit lately are already a powerful civilisation and so +2 versus skirmishers on cavalry... they have great monks for knights, supplies & gambesons now to round them out (fully upgraded light cav - not hussars, which is still better than light cav of civs without blast furnace with still another +2 against skirms), etc. And so their tech tree is just so balanced, with good buffs in quite a few spots.
I know shiny new buffs look & sound & feel great, but a nice tiny nerf can feel so much more comfortable & relaxing... don't take 5 years to buff-balance 40/50 civilisations. Take those 5 years and slowly buff-balance + add new things (e.g. gambesons) + micro-nerf consistently. +1/+1 armours can be so crucial, but +2 H.P. is consistently/generally far less significant whilst still making a difference.
Villager pathing while building walls is broken. If the villager is standing on top of an unbuilt foundation, they will not move off it to build, and consider the building to be "obstructed"
I've played 2 BF games since the new patch, and this has been the case multiple times, in both games, and same for my ally.
Can somebody explain what is the thought of giving Aztecs the +50 after completing the TC? What does it change? How would the profit from that 50 gold before?
ОтветитьApparently the thing with the PUP Chinese was that the way it played out ended up being almost exactly the same as original Chinese, just in slightly different order. So it didn't achieve enough and made part of the playerbase heavily unpleased.
I guess their bonus rebalance would be nice, but this seemed to not be the way.
Good. Chinese no change!
ОтветитьMedical CORE. Not corps
ОтветитьThis seems like a really nice update
ОтветитьFixing the Legionary animations before RoR. lmao very subtle
ОтветитьDo you think we might see more infantry play in team games with this patch?
ОтветитьSlavs, Teutons, Vikings and infantry buff. All my favorite civs and units
ОтветитьFish trap change = direct Viper nerf!
ОтветитьI think something happened with force dropping when garrison the vills to the TC. So I was playing yesterday after the patch, and forced drop food when I pressed F to send them back to work they skipped the sheep they were eating and send them to 2 different ones. Has anyone noticed this?
ОтветитьA great buff for infantry viability would be giving rams a Town Bell to garrison infantry. For those who are unaware, rams and siege towers gain +5% movement speed and +10 damage vs buildings for each garrisoned infantry, but it's impossible to take advantage of this in late game (clicking 40 infantry into 10 rams while doing everything else) which is part of why infantry don't perform well. The game gives them a defense vs arrow fire, bullets, and scorpions, but it's too difficult to use
ОтветитьGreat changes. You can see they tried to buff infantry unique units to balance them with the militia line improvements. Also happy to see they are keeping Chinese the same!
ОтветитьT-West made a video on the 1/55 Monk problem
ОтветитьPersians receiving gambesons is just a cruel joke
ОтветитьElephant Archer upgrade supposed to be wood and gold. Now it is Food and Gold
ОтветитьCan’t wait for new video
ОтветитьAnother buff for the mighty Teutonic Knighs!!
Give us 20 years more and they will be unstoppable :D
Bulgarians have only food discount to siege workshop and blacksmith techs
Ответитьis the viper relevant since moving to FBGG?
Ответитьcasually overseeing that chinese change was reverted 😂
ОтветитьChinese - No changes. Franks - get gambeson. Why? Top 2 civ still not nerfed.
ОтветитьInteresting what will they bake for Chinese instead.
ОтветитьCelts, Vikings and Eutophia are the kings for this patch imo. So happy for my main, Celts.
ОтветитьWhat about the Town Center waypoint bug?
Ответить"Chinese no changes" does it mean they cancelled the adjustment for starting vills?
ОтветитьWow so much work. The team is doing a great job. Now lets hope the game doesn't crash.
ОтветитьYey, Arabia gets an extra rug!
Ответить"Chinese No Changes" does that mean that they don't have the 50 food start any more? Looks like they reverted it back to pre-patch
Ответитьthat treb glitch fix was 10 years shee
Ответитьlooks like infantry's back on the menu boys
ОтветитьLooks awesome
ОтветитьWith the big AI updates, you should continue the AI battle series.
