Though I got 37/40, I feeling that IELTS or any English test is depend on luck rather than the actual knowledge and skills. If the speaker doesn't have clear voice than you might loose considerably huge marks and could get even less than 5 bands even though the actual knowledge is of 7 Bands

37/40. The first part of the speech is of uncleared voice, 3rd part is very fast to catch-up. I feel I will get 33 in real exam
