Be careful of people like Anthony Robbins, they're primary interest is to maintain popularity to generate large sums of wealth, they're main platform to promote themselves is to be radical and unique with being a life coach, from what I have read about him he doesn't have a diploma or certified as a psychologist and yet some of what he does in his workshops is exactly about that, he uses militaristic methods (have a look at the first section of the movie Full Metal Jacket with drill sergeant Hartman) mostly intimidation and emotional blackmail to motivate people to think his way which goes against your personal nature.

Despite what some folks say, reality is mostly with us all. Sometimes things go right and sometimes they go wrong. So I like to think positively about thinking positively, but hell, when something goes wrong it can sometimes be a pain and the 'reality guy' sitting on my shoulder says 'take the positives'. I just tell him to sod off. Always looking for the positive is so bloody tedious, just let it go....
