wow they are very beutiful and curious so cute with their long legs fluffy long tails and lean body but of course they have to find food first (living in the arctic) with their family and even people are wary of other people so of course he is not going to suddenly lie down in front of you their pups are always in danger of some bears finding their den the really stupid but big and dangerous animal

He is trying to figure out if and how to make a meal out of you.

I love these beautiful creatures. They are misunderstood. I have been mouth to mouth with a full-blooded wolf and petted them at a wolf sanctuary. It was an absolutely wonderful experience, but they were rescues who had been greatly worked with, and I would never try to interact with a wild one. They educated us before entering their areas, only after they were fed. The brave ones put their mouth on your mouth to smell you, and they also smelled my long hair. But don't go in with items because they love new toys to play with like a hat.
They say wolves helped stabilize the ecosystem when they were reintroduced to Yellowstone, and the area greatly benefited in areas that people didn't anticipate, like other animals returning to the area. Someone recommended a video about this, but I forgot the name.

Every day, they are thinking, like wolves. For, It's one thing to raise one up as a pup, and another to ask a grown wolf to be less than a wild hungry wolf.

However beautiful this video is, as well as all the respect I have for wildlife photographers, I truly feel that wildlife should never be encouraged to levels of trust with human beings...Wildlife is meant to remain wild...

What amazing majestic creatures they are. I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with an Arctic Wolf named Glacier. He could put his paws on my shoulders and look me in the eyes and the don't lick you affectionately, they nip you with their front teeth, kind of like a slight pinch.
