Hi Akis. We are not accustomed to lemon chicken here (more of a paprika or turmeric chicken type people) nevertheless Ive tried the recepie. One of my kids said its too lemon-ish, which probably is as its suppose to be. The second kid said the sauce is a bit bitter. Do you have an idea what could make it bitter?

Akis is the best! I wish I knew that is better to marinate the chicken 24 hours prior to start, but it turned out really good and the chicken just melts in your mouth. My family loved it!
