Elementor Free vs Elementor Pro: 10 Key Differences (2021)

So i can't build my website from the scratch, if is not elmentor pro?can i just buy just the plugs that i need or i have to buy elementor pro? If i am using the free version i just need to use the themes and templeates that the free version is telling me to use? If I use the free version on elementor can i add the elementor pro or i need to build my website again? With the free version i can make changes on my header or footer?

With elementor pro is more easy because i dont need to add plugs because in the pro they all the plugs that i need already do i am wrong?
