Is there something I can use other than tofu? Tofu always bloats me and makes me feel like my insides are burning and I have an inflammatory response. I guess just double on the chickpeas and sweet potatoes..

Kind of dumb question but do you take the rice and tofu out before heating it up since there is salad in the same container? Or do you eat all of it cold?

Food should be consumed in less than 3-4 hours after cooking. Same goes for vegetables when we chop them. What is left is fibre with less nutrients if consumed later.
