How To Different Color For Each Page In Microsoft Word | Change Word Page Colour

I’m trying but whenever I insert the shape , the text moves and goes to the other pages. How can i stop the text from moving?

Not a very elegant solution there should be somethin like a page setup, used in conjunction to section breaks etc.
