Setting ones self up to be on an equal footing with God is the sin of Hubris , which has been recognized for thousands of years as being a MASSIVE red flag , if someone thinks they are equal to a god then they are dangerously deranged. Even athiests should recognize that someone with this much arrogance is dangerous.

Greg Bryk played one of the best far cry antagonist and made you question if your actions were right and wrong. I'm not the most religious person ever but I will say he has some key arguments. Also if you listen to faith seeds broadcasts it would be enough to make me join in their cult. Lol John being a psycho and Jacob being a hard ass. But faith and Joseph seeds preaching were pretty great. And bryk really got into his role.

i think perople forget that jacob was ex military, and by chance might have known about rising tensions on the geopolitical front, therefore might have told joseph about the possible nuclear attack, because joseph's "voice" only ever really said the world would be "punished" and was never more than a little vague as to how, and it's possible he didn't start saying bathed in fire etc etc, until he could have heard about the nuclear stuff from jacob, who might have still had intel inside the armed forces
