Russia is building a floating mining plant in the Arctic

Russia has decided to develop one of the largest lead-zinc ore deposits in the country. But since it is located on the archipelago Novaya Zemlya in the Arctic Ocean. For its development Russia has chosen an unusual but promising way – build the first floating mining and processing plant (MPP)
