If you want to add bass to voice just talk as deep as you can and remember how it felt and try to use that in every conversation not just once or twice you brain and ears will adapt to this thus giving you a deeper voice

U never move ur throat down or aka the Adams apple down to go deeper

That never sounds natural when speaking or singing

U rather relax ur throat and naturally go down in tone just using your voice box only
Try not to tense up your throat, move it down or tilt your head down.

For example try to slowly go higher in pitch, n you will see that u don't tense up or move ur throat etc.
Going deeper should be the same

2. Breath from belly!
3. Speak slowly!
Mix all of them up, practice everyday, and you have a deeper voice! Yay
