The second clip isn't fanmade, it's from Fantastic Beasts 3: The Crimes of Grindelwald
Lestrange is Leta Lestrange, not Bella. Bella's name at that time was Bellatrix Black , Lestrange is her married name.
The teacher isn't Minerva McGonagall. It's supposed to be Minerva Ross , Minerva McGonagall's maternal grandmother, as her dad is a muggle.

So:
