I had an epiphany while listening to this. When she said our purpose for being here will be shown… for me, in the USA with the excessive materialism and celebrity worship I felt my life is missing something. But what if I came here to live in a box? That wouldn’t been seen as successful to others in this society. So, my point is maybe some of us have angst because we feel we need to go big but maybe we just came to breathe in and breathe out? We can’t all be rich and we can’t all be famous. I like that feeling. My soul is fine with that.

This meditation helped me feel loved. I was able to gradually reverse the mental abuse caused by a toxic female manager. Now I’m strong and confident. I know who I am not who others say I am.

Update: I’m back here cuz I lost the job. I’m helpless but going to continue this meditation.
