Witcher 3 - Every Choice GERALT Would Make

I guess some of the "good" decisions in final game, that you don´t agree Geralt would make, I think diferent. It´s beeing a long journey, a hard time to finaly stay with ciri...(even in books he barely stay with her after childhood) So I think he would be more light, more kind to her... more like spoiling her, to be the lighter part of her moments.

I've had this video opened as a tab since it was released, as I got really excited when you said in your TW2 video that you'd be doing this. I've only just gotten time today to watch the whole thing, and I was not at all disappointed. I appreciate the effort you put into this, man. All nearly 3 hours was absolutely worth it.

Now I feel like I need to do a "what would Geralt do" playthrough where I keep the fact that Geralt is focused on Ciri in mind.

The one thing I will say is that despite it not making sense, unless there is something I missed, the Keira questline with Fyke Isle should still be played earlier just so that it doesn't make absolutely no sense for Geralt to sleep with Keira after sleeping with Yennefer twice in quick succession and professing his love. That just doesn't sit right for me, and I feel like Geralt wouldn't do that when he just put so much effort into securing things with Yennefer.

The only other thing I can justify Geralt going out of his way to do is to take the House of Reardon contract just because it ensures that Letho ends up in Kaer Morhen if you play your cards right, and also because if Geralt thought Letho was around, which he starts to suspect basically as soon as he gets to the property, he probably would have gone after him to see what he is doing. I can justify Geralt having to pass by the area of that quest just to get some coin for his later endeavors in finding Ciri.

I hope you get the resources to do follow-up videos on TW3! This was a great one!

Great video! Finally, someone who is not making NEUTRAL choices.

I don't understand why everyone is trying to portray Geralt as 'NEUTRAL.' People often forget that Geralt's neutrality becomes non-existent once his friends and family are involved. Even if it's not really 'his business,' he still gets involved when it's apparent who the bad guy is. All that talk about neutrality was just to protect him from getting involved in politics and schemes. It was dropped during the plot of the books where he explicitly says he is done standing by. He literally died protecting non-humans from a pogrom in Rivia, where he clearly picked a side.

I must disagree about dismissing certain quests because Ciri is more important. It wouldn't be the first time that Geralt postponed Ciri's rescue and decided to do side quests instead :D (Looking at you, Toussaint) (Yeah. It was unintentional, but still, he helped where he could along the way).

About Radovid's case, I think he would go with it after seeing his friends tortured and killed (witches). Radovid is a danger to all non-humans and witches/mages. Then he would protect Roche (Sorry boys. My tattoo says "Blue Stripes for live!")

That was great! I always seem to get the “happy” ending (Ciri Witcher). I found it interesting how you didn’t do certain side missions you mentioned. I always thought more missions more EXP. I learned a lot from this. Thx!

My worst choice during my first ever play through was accept the money the emperor offered Geralt for finding ciri to which ciri felt disgusted smh 🤦‍♂️ 😢 I only ever played it once in completion back in 2017 . So it’s time with my powerful pc and the new updates to change my choices and greet my old friend Geralt of Rivia

My favourite game top of every single list I found this game my accident back in 2015 a friend gave me a code didn't seem like his type of game and wow I now have played his masterpiece 7 times same for Witcher 2 and read all the books I absolutely love this franchise

so little bit of backstory on my time with the Witcher 3. I stopped playing it after the Red Baron quest because that quest absolutely wrecked me. It's the only time in all my years of gaming where I quit a game because the story was so perfect. I swear, once I finished it I just sat in my chair for a solid 10 minutes in shock. So I have no idea why I started watching this without considering that there would be spoilers. But I guess now I know for sure that the Wild Hunt are elves so... that's cool. I need to play it again.

Cerys was my favorite character in W3. She was so competent that i trusted her with the baby too. Im happy she became ruler in my first play through.

I let the spirit free, figured the town deserved it. And i was hoping at worst i would have a cool boss fight.
