I‘m a dietitian and I work with a lot of vegan athletes. The main problem I see in this population is not getting enough protein. If you are going to be vegan you will have to prioritize this bc it’s so easy to be under your protein needs.
ОтветитьI enjoyed all 3. The perspectives were interesting and I appreciated Alex's honesty about struggling with gaining muscle and mass at a point. The ladies were really good with their whole food diets. Good work, folks❤❤❤
ОтветитьWhy is it that y’all always taking supplements when you’re some type of vegetable eating mf
ОтветитьGood stuff y'all. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьNina eat good asf
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьThe runner ladies food looks so un filling and not satisfying at all….
ОтветитьAvocado is yummy to everyone else but I get a reaction from my tummy
ОтветитьCan we just give a shoutout to Protein powder right now?
ОтветитьThe veggie and tofu bake from the runner is almost exactly the same as something I make every week haha 😆
ОтветитьThese people are cooking all the time . When do they do their training
Ответитьdoes anyone know the full name of alex? or if he is a coach or not?
ОтветитьBoring. Only the breakfast looked good.
ОтветитьLol some red onion for some spicy flavour
ОтветитьRelying on cast iron pan for iron supplementation can be harmful to your heart and brain. Instead get iron from whole foods …Info from Dr. Bernard
ОтветитьROFL well of course the body builder can still build muscle. He’s on so many steroids. Of course you still need protein, but it’s the steroids making him look like that…
ОтветитьWhat a great video to represent how athletes can thrive on a healthy vegan diet.
ОтветитьBeen vegan for 7 years and I eat this type of stuff all the time. Especially the ballerina’s food. I love making the same chickpea salad! I add cumin and a few more spices to mine. Interested in how much protein supplementation the body builder does.
ОтветитьYou are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health.
Lower stress, reduce obesity and more exercise are key to a healthy life.
Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world.
Fast food and sugary drinks are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity.
Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly.
Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices.
Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly.
Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer.
Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game.
A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility.
Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun.
Every city should be a bicycle city.
Speak up for bicycles in your community
Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based.
Go vegan for the animals.
Go vegan for the planet.
A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals.
Eating healthy is not a diet it is a healthy life style.
This is great!
ОтветитьWhat was the ingredient after the chia seeds(bodybuilder one)?
ОтветитьAwwww the runners salad made me so sad but I get it some days you put 3 slices of onion on some lettuce with tortilla chips and call it a day lol
ОтветитьSomeone tell Alex that he needs his own vegan channel because he would help SOOO many Vegan lifters out there with his diet.
ОтветитьI liked all three of them. Nothing pretentious.
Ответитьcooking in cast iron does not impart iron into your food at any significant amount. this is a complete myth
ОтветитьI’m definitely making the Maple Harvest Bowl! That looks Bomb! Great video!
ОтветитьI like how the guy talks about his experience , not just food!
ОтветитьVegan ballerina is winning in life. These receipts all look amazing wow
ОтветитьLoved all 3 of these! While the ballerina’s was the fanciest, it was nice to see two more relaxed vegan diets as well. Sometimes there’s this pressure to make the perfect meal and I have no desire to cook. Big admiration for all of these athletes 😍
ОтветитьI work as a carpenter and have been vegan ever since...I am actually surprised how little they eat compared to their activity level...or my metabolism is just high af.
ОтветитьShe ate pile of sugar and fiber, so she becomes infertile and all bones.
ОтветитьThe fact the ballerina was having trouble mixing the dressing ingredients and swapped equipment gives me the idea she hadn’t made that before 🤣
ОтветитьI use to be vegan but now I'm carnivore, won't touch plants again.
ОтветитьWhole food plant based for the win!!!
ОтветитьBruh that’s not an air fryer that’s a toaster oven
ОтветитьWhat's the ballerina's app
Ответитьtl:dr; plants
ОтветитьI think the vegan ballerina used a lot of recipes made by Lahbco, if you want more similar to hers!
ОтветитьI’m about to try that tempeh recipe .
ОтветитьAvocados aren't vega tho-
ОтветитьIt made me really excited to see someone else adding oats to their smoothie. I literally cannot drink a smoothie without them
ОтветитьI’m just thinking this meat free product must b unhealthy has their must be so much crap put into make it taste good
Go for dry soya chunks and add flavours, it’s healthier
PLEASE........MORE of this!!!!
ОтветитьThe Runner seems to consumed a lot of Packaged, man made products and supplements.. the Ballerina and Body Builder eat the most whole foods.
ОтветитьMy dude, no offence but that is not how you make a hot chocolate.
ОтветитьWatching what you eat makes me realize that I eat waaaay too much.
Ответитьpeanuts and dark chocolate ooh yum
