ОтветитьGonna leave a comment here to track my progress.
Currently trying to stay away from unhealthy foods, and trying to eat at least one or more eggs each day. I also cycle to school every day 1,30hours so 5 days a week. And I go for daily walks of about 30mins to 1hour. While also doing this workout but with rest days.
Day 1: I haven't done anything workout related in a long long time, so tough day, made it about 5 mins in before i had to take longer breaks.
Day 2: I still felt my abs from yesterday so this made it a little harder today, still went about 4 ans a half mins in this time, so worse than yesterday, but no worries💪
Day 3: today i'm taking some rest, I still rode 1,5 hours to school with my bike and went on my walk, just no workout today since this is my longest and most exhausting day of the week!
Day 4: went partying today but still got the workout done, probably the hardest so far today.
Day 5:
I can't follow the diet cuz i will eat anything my mom makes me

At first,I couldn't even done the first round of this workout routine,so gassed out and my abs are burning on fire.
But as long as I consistently do this workout routine,I'm getting stronger and stronger..
2 rounds,3 rounds,and now after 4 months of training I done the 4th round for the first time!!
Keep fighting guys,I know it's hurt,it's painful but keep working! One day you'll get that physique you've always dreamed of!

ОтветитьSuperb, seeing results after 1 month and a half.thank you. Did it without fail every morning 1 round only. Now I can last the Russian twist legs extended, 30 touches, in the beginning it was only 22 secs and few touches each side.
I am 42 beginner, core never felt better.
Love how he says 'alright' with each set he finishes😂😅
