The expression of Yin/Yang in movement is to honor Heaven and Earth. The movement must not be deficient nor excessive and must avoid being double weighted. All movements can be broken down into their varios components and then the principles of movement can be imbued. This can then be employed into the Tai Chi form to create a strong and continuous daily existence.
ОтветитьIt does show that people are in dire need of a method for reducing the continuous chatter within their minds. When they find something to focus on, no matter what, they can reduce the internal noise. Of course one type of narrative can only garner a small portion of humanity because of the attraction derived from perception.

ОтветитьThank you Leia😅 This has been so good for me in so many ways I feel better. I go through this almost every day. At first I thought I will never be able to do this. The more I pay attention to things like how high you are lifting your arms for example it is almost easier I look forward to the time I can memorize this and do it out in nature. It may take a while but I will do it ❤
