The question I would’ve asked:

What is good for our bodies from eating cooked foods?

He says he eat’s mostly raw but sometimes he eats cooked foods. My question would also be:

Why eat cooked foods at all?

Would our bodies be missing out on some important health if we don’t include some cooked foods in our diet?

If so; what exactly would be those things that we would be missing out on if we didn’t have cooked foods at all ?

I’d really like to be able to get my hands of his books. I think I found a way to read A-Z online but the print is hard to read. I can’t afford to buy any of his books.

This video is almost an hour and it’s going by so fast. I’m already half way through and it feels like 5 min.

Between what this man has said together with Anthony Williams, I want to work on leaving milk behind. Milk, cheese; all of diary behind.

This is really really something people’s.

Heard this man speak at Brigham Young University in the nineties and the information he shared enabled me to abruptly end my 50+ years with dairy in all of it's health destroying forms!💚

I have not had dairy consistently for about 10 years. When I slip and have some because it was in a food I didn't think it was in, I can feel it now and I feel depressed and my joints start hurting again, especially my hands.

10 years ago I had terrible arthritis, could not even use a round door knob. My husband, God bless him, changed out all our door knobs to lever style so I could manage in the house better. Still love the door knobs but my hands now feel like they did in my 20s and I am 65.

One of the greatest blessings of being off dairy, is that I am not constantly suffering from chronic fatigue or depression.

Once you get off it, you feel good. And I have to tell you that the Soy Milk Ice Cream by Trader Joes is second to none, even my husband likes it. I got my husband off of dairy, it was most difficult and he agrees he feels better.

He has seen how much better I look having gone totally Vegan now, and he is impressed, not enough to give up his meat addiction. But considering he had Prostate surgery last November, I asked him, do you ever want a repeat for cancer surgery again? After one is off of meat, you just don't miss it.

The theory that milk - a natural food for mammal babies with 200-million years of evolution - destroys human health, while the everyday diet of rabbits and wood squirrels is the secret recipe for a long life, is really very intelligent and trustworthy (sarcasm).

No wonder that Japanese in Hawaii are opposed against milk and willingly accept this vegan propaganda, because 90% of them can't digest lactose.

Why can't you upload UNEDITED versions of these talks? You edit out every natural pause in the speaker's voice and it is ANNOYING

why do you edit every pause out of these talks? You destroy the natural rhythm of the speakers voice, and it is ANNOYING to listen to this way!!!

Cheap perhaps, but large amounts of milk consumption has its health risks. For example, even a serving of 1% milk has as more saturated fat and more cholesterol than a slice of bacon. (data from USDA SR25 database)

18:05 He is mistaken here. He should look up "thalidomide" to understand that we've learned that things which don't cause birth defects in rats may cause humans to be born with missing or deformed limbs. We've learned many times since then that there are many substances/procedures which don't harm rats but do harm humans. We've also learned that substances of medicinal value to humans can be ineffective and even kill other species. We've also learned how to cure mouse cancer.
