Thank you universe for bringing me here, and thank YOU for the amazing creations ❤ I see 333 every day for months now so I’m starting with your videos with all the 3333’s in.

I worked as a freelancer and I suddenly started having upper back ache between the shoulder blades. Bad posture, long hours and hardly any breaks, due to adhd meds. I became a workaholic since the medication. Anyway the pain became so bad I had to leave the assignment earlier. I have zero income since August. I stress a lot about it. And I get anxious that my back won’t heal. I tried everything for my back but nothing worked. Then a month later I broke my foot, another 8 weeks of isolation and zero exercise. I’d now have spent months in bed getting more and more isolated and feeling mostly depressed. The hospital “pain department” finally told me the cause is mentally and she suggested to speak to a therapist, which I already was, so I declined. I got furious, her diagnosis was based on a list I filled in about my mental health AFTER the problems started.

But this is my eye opener. The pain was gone for a while but it returned and I couldn’t think of the trigger. But I was not taking care of my self for months and finally numbed myself with more and more wine. I acted like a victim and was just so angry with the situation. Its hard to forgive myself. I don’t treat myself like I would treat others.

It’s time for change. My life situation is getting better because I can walk outside 3x 10 mins now. But due to lack of sleep, bad weather, and 1 hour of foot and back exercises (and so much pain now) I still haven’t been outside maybe 3 times.

I over compensate, I give more than I should (money wise) but strangely enough I just don’t like to receive. The pattern app states that later in life I will learn to enjoy being on the receiving end instead of the giving. I don’t know why I refuse it when they offer to pay their share. I feel ashamed sending tikkies. I also can’t accept help, I’m the one that helps. So I just block people out when I’m unhappy. My human design trauma is separateness. This could be the cause off this? I am just 33F and have a whole life ahead of me. I must overcome all I just stated (sorry for the long message) and learn to accept and love myself.

It’s THE time for change, I don’t really know where to start but I guess I just did by listening to your videos. My suffering will end soon and my quality of life will improve soon. I claim 333! I must overcome my bad habits. It will increase my life quality. Let go of my mistakes, forgive and accept myself and finally heal ❤

All tips are welcome, I really need my happiness back. 2024 things will get better for me✨

It's time to let go what is bothering us and finally better minds be free from pure positive thoughts. Old and new memories are the positive that we deserve. But not bad memories. It's rather that we forget those types of memories and just move on for a better life. Amen 🙏

My 3 month old puppy fell and never woke up he died shortly after he squirmed out of my hands and I dropped him. I am shattered and can’t stop crying and just have a constant ache . I miss him so much and am so sorry I didn’t protect him.
