One thing I can't figure out is why the animator inserted a picture of Saturn over the word "uranium." This element, of course, got its name from the planet Uranus, which the animator should have used there instead.

On NCIS, Abby Sciuto played this song and gleaned clues to a plot, from the atomic numbers in it. The script writers never acknowledged Lehrer. Sounds to me like he had grounds to sue.

Tom Lehrer must truly be some mad Genius.
I understand that after a few years of turning out fantastically funny and clever songs, doing some touring and making a bunch of money, he disappeared to spend the next few decades teaching math at Stanford.
