I am so happy and proud of Liz she’s doing an amazing job and she will learn what to do in her life as she goes along same as any one else has, Liz is a smart intelligent youngLady she’s no longer that little girl we and her parents watched grow-up SO quickly before our very eyes.

Brice and Liz will figure it out on their own she’s 19 now, not the little girl anymore.

Dang I would be cheesing from ear to ear if my child purchased her first home, especially at a young age! I guess it’s just their personality, or maybe editing like RS like to say.

I love the parents' firm but loving resolve. They are going the extra mile to ensure these kids stand strong on their own, not settle or permit exploitation by the unscrupulous who do not have their best interests at heart. The emotionally immature set might not grasp these concepts.

It's just too bad that her parents don't show any emotions of excitement with what has been accomplished! I mean it would've only taken a few minutes to go through the house and see what everything looks like, but instead Elizabeth got a cold shoulder and criticism!

I don't understand these parents. It seems like as soon as their kids get to be a certain age they make them move out. Then when they went to Johna's house they told him what to do with decorating his own home. They have a huge house and if the kids aren't ready to move they could pay a little rent and stay.

I think it's pretty awesome that they taught their kids to respect other people especially older people and literally praising them to become successful adults. People come on here hate on them so bad and I would have given anything to have had them for parents. That is amazing at 19 year's old she has her own home. She is an amazing person as well. Her parents did their job raising her. Now they need to trust her knowing how to handle her life. Elizabeth seems to have a good head on her shoulders. Her parents need to trust that. Good for you Elizabeth.🙂
