I like that the bar/restaurant is called the white horse, it sounds much nicer in French though. 😂
The craftsman have been working at the chateau for so long that you’ll know many of them well. This could be seen with the relaxed atmosphere of the lunch. My husband loves the menthe pastiche. He likes ordinary pastiche too. 🤢

what an amazing story with this renovation. i always love seeing these old homes saved and brought back to life. its so incredibly sad how many are just left to rot. such amazing pieces of history that should be saved.
