ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьMerci beaucoup 😘❤
ОтветитьAlways a great selection from you and some amazing patterns! Zero waste does look interesting!
Thanks again Lisa x
Awesome great free patterns!
ОтветитьAaaaahhh, left handed scissors! The struggle is real!
ОтветитьHi! Did you make the dress you’re wearing? If so which pattern did you use? Great video thank you!
ОтветитьCan you slow down the scrolling while saying the brand, so we can get the brand names? Thanks
ОтветитьI have a pair of left handed scissors and have had trouble using them. I will persevere
ОтветитьOn zero waste patterns: what is the use of making something that does not flatter your shape, or is not to your taste, just for the sake of it? Rather do Less Waste, or Cut this way to have enough left to make whatever. Ultimately, all of that fabric in the boxy, ruffly dress is still going to end up the same place as the fabric and leftovers of the fitted, princess seam dress. I am not against the Zero Waste idea at all, but not just for the sake of Zero Waste 😊
ОтветитьThank you Lisa. I love the Unfettered Patterns - just downloaded their Long Dress pattern ❤
ОтветитьMy granddaughter is left handed and as she (at 14) has taken to sewing her own clothes I have bought her left handed scissors.
Ответитьyou are amazing!! thank you for sharing!!! 🥰
ОтветитьI had to leave cause of the marketing
ОтветитьThank you for introducing this website on free patterns. I liked the Ines Top.
ОтветитьMy sister is a lefty and always struggled with scissors and writing with the metal binding on note books
ОтветитьDownloaded the Unfettered jumpsuit pattern yesterday, then found your video today, thank you! I'm hoping it's true to size and not a lot of alterations needed. Look forward to others that have made it, commenting here
ОтветитьI'm a lefty and haven't seen a left handed scissors in 40 years.
ОтветитьI’m late to your party but I LOVE so many of the patterns. Has sparked my creativity and excitement as I am currently limiting myself from purchasing patterns. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьSEWISTS ?
NOT....
SEAMSTRESS YES !
Love the unfettered! I’m sewing for adult granddaughters and I know they’d love lots of these ones.
ОтветитьI’m a lefty, so excited to check out the scissors
ОтветитьThank you, Lisa, really great recommendations! I’ll be making the Unfettered jumpsuit for my holidays 😊 xx
ОтветитьI made the Ruffle top by Tina's closet. It was great but be warned when you are printing out the pattern you really need to make sure you only print the size you need as the sizes aren't marked and the lines are all the same! Very confusing
ОтветитьI am left handed!! I am JUST starting to learn to sew, but I purchased a pair of left-handed fabric shears because something tells me I am just going to LOVE sewing. Thank you for the pattern inspo!
ОтветитьI have tried to download the Ines top by Homi patterns, however the test square is measuring 3.8cm instead of 5cm despite the setting being 100%. Please can anyone help? Thank you.
ОтветитьI think Google will translate for tou
Ответить😅1 of my sisters is left handed. Back then if you were left handed it was looked on as a disability so you had your knuckles rapped. I'm so glad the world has moved on ❤
ОтветитьAbsolutely yes, I love the curated selection of free sewing and crochet patterns! It's so hard to remember to check all of the sources, and you've also shared several that I hadn't heard of before. Please do keep up this type of video!
ОтветитьGreat patterns thank you
ОтветитьI've been collecting true left-handed scissors for years! Invaluable! It also keeps right-handed family members from using your scissors.
ОтветитьThanks So Much ❣️
Ответитьthanks for another free patterns video!
I made the zero waste gather dress by Birgitta Helmersson, TWICE! and I will probably make it again, because it is great.
I made the ruffled top from Tianas Closet and love it so much I have started another in a different colour.
ОтветитьAs someone who prefers things to fit very well, there are a lot of zero or low-waste designs that I will not make, or won't wear outside of the house, because they tend to be very boxy. However, that said, I think they are a fantastic idea and some of them are very cute! I have made the Cris Wood Sews Parasol Dress and it's very comfy and cute. I also want to make a bog jacket for fall. The zero waste designs you showed here look a lot nicer than some I've seen. Not zero waste, but George & Ginger Patterns has some freebies that are actually unique! Most of them are in the "Old Size Chart" section.
ОтветитьThreads zero waste sundress is awesome! Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you!!!!!!❤❤❤
ОтветитьGreat sources. Thank you.
ОтветитьI always enjoy your free patterns Vlogs. I have made a pair of zero waste pants and didn't really like the fit. the zero waste was partially making bigger seams, so there was much more fabric on the inside. I save all my scraps for making a poof so nothing goes to waste.
ОтветитьThanks for the free pattern companies. I downloaded two from unfettered and one from Tiana’s closet. One Unfettered pattern is a short cardigan with puffy sleeves that I need for summer dresses.
ОтветитьBut the left handed scissor were always sharp!
ОтветитьOoh you lucky duck, I've been coveting LDH shears for some time. I'm Torontonian also, still living in "the 6" as they call it now lol. I use a pair of Fiskars that cut nicely but the plastic handle has a ridge that hurts my hand after a while.
ОтветитьI am a lefty
ОтветитьThanks for sharing a Canadian company. My husband is left handed and i never truly appreciated the challenges he faces until I spent almost a year being left handed due to a right arm injury. Some of those patterns look very interesting. I thought a few of them would make great bathing suit tops.
ОтветитьWOW! Thank you! Great selection of freebies
ОтветитьGreat range - love this feature. Have made several zero waste items - fabulous and very varied. The drape of the chosen fabric is key to getting a particular shape/silhouette. You should definitely give it a go x
ОтветитьThank you Lisa for a great selection of free patterns. I have the LDH fabric shears, snips and rotary cutter, they are incredible.
