14 and 69kg or 153 pounds, female, but it’s mostly muscle mass. I dance 10 times a week for 45-60mins each class. I’ll do updates! Going to try this 3-5 times a week for a little bit. I’ll notify when I stop.
Extra info ‼️: I’m on no diet, and I eat decent food with some unhealthy food every week. I average 9 and a half hours of working out not counting these workouts every week. Keep in mind that these work outs alone will 100% not make you skinnier without dieting. You lose little to no calories by doing them, so you’d need a diet. However, these exercices don’t take long and are a decent start to getting more active.
Week 1:
Day one: Didn’t feel much of anything, and of course there are no changes in my body

Day 1:no difference but happy I've set myself on a goal they'd simple
Day 2:feel better about myself knowing if I keep at this I'll make a difference
Day 3: little difference in waist and calfs
i went from 61 kg to 58 kg in 4-5 days
