Loved the video! Underrated!
ОтветитьWouldn’t it be more practical and feeling less guilty (self-denial) to ask yourself what type of person you are and based on your weakness and strength make a plan strategically
ОтветитьSir ,we would like to see you in Ted talks
ОтветитьThis resonates. I see myself using this question as motivation: What type of person do you need to be to achieve your goal?
ОтветитьI quite like this, as it puts the focus on the subject rather than the object; on the active rather than passive element of goal-seeking.
ОтветитьTruly underrated :>:(
Ответитьthis is Gold.
ОтветитьIdentity > behaviour > goals. Respect
Ответитьthanks you
....
Ooooooh this one is good.
ОтветитьDamn excellent insight. The usual advice to goal achievement is to define your goal then break down it's achievement as a series or sequence of tasks with deadlines that once completed will result in the attainment of said goal. The problem I found with this approach was that rarely did one think to include tasks that would align the goal setter's personal traits to be congruent with the behaviors necessary to achieve said goal. Whereas this approach causes one to think more holistically about the path needed in order to achieve the goal. Brilliant! I'm looking forward to adapting my goal setting process accordingly. Very much appreciate this.
ОтветитьOh my God! I came to this realization a couple of months ago and I can't believe it's an actual technique!! I feel smart lol
ОтветитьReally enjoying your content....awesome workout 👌
ОтветитьIs this based on 'atomic habits' book?
Ответитьhey how u doing
ОтветитьThanks for sharing! I’ve never thought of it from this angle. It’s giving me ideas!
ОтветитьThank you 😍
ОтветитьI love how you summarised the tethered mindset for choosing the career and goals have so many constraints ,
Actively participating in the process in the process of becoming a person we wanted to is the best possible way to enjoy the journey and reaching to the goals 😃
Thanks 🏀
Thank you for this very good video made the concept of identity building very simple for me to understand. all the best.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьInstead of just visualizing success, imagine the qualities and behaviors of someone who could achieve the goal. For example, if the goal is to lose weight, consider what type of person would be able to do that and then create goals to become that type of person. This approach bridges the gap between the outcome and the process, with the process being daily habits and behaviors. Take control of the goal on a daily level by gradually becoming more like the person who can achieve it. This practice has been found to be more effective in achieving goals.
ОтветитьThat's genius
ОтветитьThanks I am going to be like Goku
ОтветитьSo, if a value viral health and independence, a goal would be "Be the kind of person capable of achieving and maintaining one's own viral health."
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьThank you
