SCA consultation skills - LUTs within 12 mins

Very useful , hope we will see more SCA consultations coming up please.

I really liked the method of presenting the closed questions with some relevance behind it, i.e. saying ‘a patient suffering from x might talk about these symptoms… does that sound like you?’ It really streamlines the evaluation of likely possibilities in a methodical and clear way!

Not a good example for an IMG. They will pass only a white candidates , if this is done in exam

blood in the urine , in think it is more bladder cancer , or less frequently renal CA, prostate CA showing as hematuria unless it is in advanced stage of the disease , i am not sure

I would not usually ask a middle age man with frequency or nocturia whose wife asked him to see his GP about STI, other people may differ

Just goes on to show how this exam is racist and disingenous. I can bet, if this same consultation is changed with AI software and replaced candidate, accent ...it would be a barely pass/most likely fail in data gathering & relating to others. The emperor is naked.
