Fantastic meditation Jess. One of your best I’d say. However, When the ad blasts obscenely loud at the end it smashes the tranquility of it and ruins the momentum much like a smack to the face. 😢 If there was at least a brief silent space before the assault it might give time to pause the track. Anyway much gratitude for your creativity!

When I walked into my first room all I saw and felt was gray. My eyes were fixed towards the ground with sadness and shame. My first room felt like “nothingness.“ The second room was brighter though filled with the same questions that I face in my waking life. I know my intuition is there I just feel like I cannot see it or sense it.
