..this sounds good...before Duran Duran. I was more into INxS in early 80s.

Too gorgeous for words. The music. The band. Gosh. Keyboards were essential. Great drumming. Excellent mix of musicians.

Wonderful to see, lifetime Japan fan, saw them live and bought one of Steve's photos at the photographers gallery. This band was at the top of the tree at the time. Other bands emulated and adored them. Every Japan fan at the time, knew they were on totp that night. Neat, I was 16.

The 70's and 80's weren't ready for Japan. Very underrated band, overshadowed by more mainstream bands of the day.

With time, Steve Jansen talent will be recognized as it should, very special drummer like Mick on bass. Really.
