Wow this was so powerful. I just finished the meditation. I saw so many things and was helped to release so many things. They pulled out my umbilical cord and it was like a long thread that they kept pulling. Showing me how my parents ingrained toxic forms of thoughts, patterns, and behaviors . How their unhealed wounds have affected me. Not anymore. Thank you thank you thank you!

My childhood was good…I was blessed with amazing parents and brother…my mother an empath - trauma came/comes from dating and social friendships. Not sure if I’m started…I’ve blocked a lot bc I believe inGod and only worship him- so Leary about how deep I go. But I want to know my ancestors…my seed family

I cried so much in the beginning. This was such an incredible session. I kept seeing the blue flames and travelled as intended.
