In a bowl mix together,
4 large eggs
2 C sugar
1 C oil
1 15oz can pure pumpkin
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
Pour into a greased jelly roll pan or 1/2 sheet pan. bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack and then frost with cream cheese frosting
Frosting:
8oz cream cheese
1/3 C soft butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 C powdered sugar
Mix gently and then spread on cooled bars. If you want thinner frosting just a a little bit of milk. Slice and enjoy!
