I think the first gal pretended to be clueless, but she knew exactly what she was doing. She lightened to a more even point. Put on a base to fill the hair. Then did a final step with a dynamic demi color.
It was chefs kiss!! 👌❤

The first person... that colour looked so nice on her! I thought that green on the second person would have been a little darker, didn't expect it to seem so faded.
