How can you review something when your still viewing. serves the woman right. Next time she will wait until after she has had the full experience to right a legit review.

The hotel should have a chance to fix the problem To fix it they need to be made aware of the problem. If the hotel didnt handle the problems after being made aware of them than a bad review is ok but tell staff first give them a chance to fix it. Not defending the hotel for what they did But some people leave a negatic\ve review and noone knew of the problem
They deserve zero stars after that
