Ok thing you need to ask though is were these problems told to someone at the hotel before leaving the review
The hotel should have a chance to fix the problem To fix it they need to be made aware of the problem. If the hotel didnt handle the problems after being made aware of them than a bad review is ok but tell staff first give them a chance to fix it. Not defending the hotel for what they did But some people leave a negatic\ve review and noone knew of the problem

Did she bring the concerns to management before posting a review? 3 stars is not average. Even a 4 star will damage a properties scores. The 3 likely cost management personally. Always give the property the chance to make it right.
