Use to live in Indiana boring state
ОтветитьBruh you sound like you hate this state and someone forced you to make this video.
ОтветитьLets go Hoosiers!
ОтветитьI like Indiana just the way it is..
ОтветитьIts the wose place on the planet don't be fooled.
ОтветитьI'm from Gary, The Region the NW Corner of Indiana all these videos are filled with generalities and privilege. We have a Commuter Rail The South Shoreline that connects the Region to Chicago and South Bend. Gary and NWI are amongst the world's largest steel plants and oil refineries, we are home to a National Park, we are home to the Jackson Family - They literally made a song, "I'm Going Back to Indiana". Not all of Gary is troubled. Outside of The Region how was Evansville missed?? Again take these videos with a grain of salt.
ОтветитьLoved it! I’m visiting Jeffersonville and moving here in March from Corpus Christi Texas. I am positive it will be an improvement believe me. But the people in Texas are friendly.
ОтветитьLove from india
ОтветитьBorn in NW Indiana aka "the region" and it's problem is Chicago prices on Indiana wages, even though the taxes on everything in Indiana is much less than Illinois or Michigan. Moved to Indianapolis in 1980 and loved it good jobs, reasonable housing lots of things to do you just have to look for things to do. Moved to Franklin IN in 2012 as Indy as become more crime ridden and prices in and around Indy kept going up. Being 25 miles south of Indy big difference lower prices, people a bit more friendly and that seems to apply the further south you go in Indiana towards the Kentucky border. I have always wanted to leave Indiana but can't seem to find another state that is so much better than Indiana. Yup does get boring and dull but can't beat the cost of living here and the weather, well it's weather gonna change no matter where you live.
ОтветитьI lived in Lafayette and in West Lafayette, now live out in the boondocks and hardly ever go into town.
ОтветитьWhy are houses so cheap in Indiana? I mean it's dirt cheap. Is something horribly wrong with Indiana?
ОтветитьI lived in Lafayette and Shipshewana. Happy I don't live in Indiana anymore.
Ответитьits NOT 1 big hood dude
ОтветитьForgot all about Pizza King...
Ответить🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Enjoyed this video!
ОтветитьSince you moved off of that farm, can you tell us where it was, so we can go pick those mushrooms next spring?
Ответить“The rest of these suburbs aren’t worth mentioning” zooms in on my f*cking house
ОтветитьThis dude is real tool.
ОтветитьI love Indiana
ОтветитьI watched this 3 years ago! Still good👍thanks
ОтветитьWell the first town you pictured was Pine Village. Wish you would stopped and at least said hi?😮
ОтветитьYou couldn't at least mention Kokomo and the Hip Hugger???
Ответить😂 When he put "Noone crosses this road" on I70, downtown Indy insert. I never go past south street lol
ОтветитьNWI 219 HMD E.C. G.I. most beautiful part of Indiana! Even if were da bastards of da state
ОтветитьPretty accurate
ОтветитьLMAOOOOOOOOOOOO the last part got me soooo hard hahahaha awesome video
ОтветитьBrown County is beautiful but I believe it's known as "The Little Smokies" never heard of it being compared to Yosemite. That and Turkey Run/Shades State Park very much worth the trip!
ОтветитьI'm struggling to understand why the people of Indiana weren't more welcoming and willing to embrace you. You seem such a positive, friendly person.
ОтветитьYou left out the biggest flea market in the world shipshawanna
ОтветитьSad to hear how the locals treated you when you lived in Indiana, Nick.
ОтветитьNot everyone watched this was from Indiana. I am 75 years old and have always lived in Georgia.
South Georgia adms a matter of fact.
Sixty five miles from the Florida line.
I like Indiana.
All this dispite the abundance of "Yankees" who reside there.
Still a good state.
Our winters aren't that bad at all yet again he's full of shit well he is from California so I'm not surprised
ОтветитьThe best place to go for morel mushroom hunting is up in Michigan that's where us in Indiana go to get them
ОтветитьO and you can't buy a house for a dollar in gary it's a bull shit lie we have valleys it's not all flat well let's listen to more of this guys lies
ОтветитьMuch safer then any other place and yes we do trust pass for our mushrooms
ОтветитьHaving been born and raised in Indianapolis, gone to school in Bloomington, and lived in the state for a couple of years after graduating, I can tell you that, from my own personal perspective, the best thing I ever saw in Indiana was the "Welcome to Indiana" sign in my rearview mirror as I left for good in 1977. Indiana is, as they say, "a nice place to be from." I wouldn't trade my home in Oregon for a dozen in Indiana. But hey, live and let live. If you like Indiana, that means you are living in the right place!
Ответить"Chicken Tenderloins?" Where in Indiana are you?
Ответитьshots at lawrence is crazy😂
ОтветитьYes, everyone in Indiana cares about basketball. I think there was a movie or something about that one time
ОтветитьI lived in Terre Haute for four years in the 1970s. Some great well designed parks in the city.
ОтветитьI’ve lived in this state my entire life and you made me feel like I don't. I don't know or care about any of the sports and have never been to the Indy 500 (waste of time). I don't go to church because I studied religion too much to believe. I’ve never eaten a morel mushroom and can't eat any of the other foods you mentioned (though I have heard of them). I agree with you on the Dunes beaches being nice and the stretches of gray skies during the winter months leading to some seasonal depression. Aside from that I have to say your review pushes a lot of negative stereotypes and in many ways isn't all that accurate. You mention Brown County as being nice, but don’t really touch on why. You didn’t mention any of the other state parks and the excellent outdoor experiences they provide. You squeezed in all the industry as an afterthought at the end without touching on any of the accomplishments therein. Given your strongly negative impression, I’m going to assume you’ve moved on from here. I’m also going to say that attitude may have affected your relationship with your neighbors while you were trying to become an organic farmer. Don’t get me wrong… you’ll always get one or two bad apples… but it sounds like you were singled out and picked on. Wherever you are now, I hope you’re having a more positive experience.
ОтветитьI’m from NWI, grew up playing basketball, was in the marching band, went to Purdue, have been in the woods to get mushrooms, lived in Indy briefly(nothing good ever happened there)… etc…. You nailed it! All of it.
ОтветитьCan you tell me where the town is in the video where the Dew Drop inn is? Looks familiar..Thanks
ОтветитьIt’s terrible, stay in illinois!
ОтветитьSeriously thinking about leaving the East Coast and moving to southern Indiana. Low crime and the people there are very conservative. Sounds like God’s country to me. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
ОтветитьExcellent vid. Really gives a good sense of the state. Just curious, where do you live now?
ОтветитьPeople don't wanna move to a corrupt state..
ОтветитьDon't unbox it, but you're back in the box. Please just put it back in the box.
