It’s so crazy how the Kardashians are STILL scamming people. They got their start by scamming, and they got rich from it, so they just…never stopped. Because now, they can get away with it by branding them as luxury. Oftentimes, they use their platform to put their name onto something to profit off of all of the people actually doing the work. Also, you mentioned how the Kardashians have never had a business that was scandal free, which is so true and so crazy to think about. They can really get away with anything.

Kinda important to note: settlements when it comes to high-profile lawsuits are very common. It isn’t always a case of “the defendant buying the plaintiff off” but actually just an easier way of doing things for all parties because many of these lawsuits ESPECIALLY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWSUITS are very complicated, very long, and hard to predict. As much as I am not a fan of the Kardashians, them settling lawsuits does not necessarily mean they’re “buying people off”

i think its wild that no one thought calling it Kimono was a bad idea and was culturally appropriative when the kimono is literally one of the most well known pieces of japanese culture, like if you were to ask someone "hey whats a popular cultural clothing item from japan" youd almost immediately think of a kimono. its kind of the main reason i doubt it wasnt done on purpose

I went to poosh because of this video and i gotta say I kind of disagree with it being a scam. You don’t have to buy anything at all and there is a lot of cool thing on there. Really awesome plant based recipes and i found the articles interesting. I get that it feels weird to have such ridiculously expensive the products are but at the end of the day they are rich so yeah they are going to promote expensive things.

I have two perfumes from KKW Beauty. Body I and Body III. The bottles are in the shape of her torso. I pretty much bought it because the shape of the bottle is a mini rock/sand sculpture and it's cool.

The fragrances smell really nice. I think I paid around $65 for each, but that's the general rate for better perfumes and colognes.
