One advantage of cybersecurity that it can also hack the AI😂😂
ОтветитьSomeone wi tell that AI can make better security then it wrong, first of all if AI will make security then it will need cybersecurity experts and AI can misuse that so we need better cybersecurity experts.
ОтветитьIn todays era if world war happens then countries will mostly use cyberattacks and also if u make anything related to AI offcourse u will need something to protect it from hackers so cybersecurity will never end it will increase more jobs. If AI/Tech will increase then cybersecurity will also increase.
ОтветитьHi Unixguy,
Just for another insights, how about GRC replaced by AI ? You didn't mention about non technical field such as GRC in the video..
You mentioned about nord locker that can facilitate legal compliance. It is a general / early example of AI helping / replacing GRC professional.
🙏
I expect LLM-powered autonomous agents will be useful -- one could, for example, build a fake, honeypot employee who has terrible security practices. 😊 ... an "employee" that can even interact believably with malicious actors, and so forth.
One can definitely imagine SOC operations becoming much more automated, and requiring significantly fewer employees -- both because people are simply replaced, and because AI tools will make people much more productive.
Great video but I’m hating the gunshot sounds. I have headphones on
ОтветитьUnixGuy, YOU ARE THE MAN!
ОтветитьI think just like most every other field in tech ai wont automate cybersecurity jobs but will be used as a tool for cybersecurity professionals
ОтветитьThat's what I thought, if any schmuck can make malware, and AI can't be trusted 100% with relevant and private information, there should be a higher need for cyber security personnel. Cyber security could become something common for a few years
ОтветитьOne thing AI will never be able to do is pay income tax. Individual income taxes accounted for more than half of total revenues for the federal government in 2022.
ОтветитьWhat are the best departments in terms of the future and that demand will increase after 5 years from now, in your opinion? 1 AI and ML 2 data science 3 Computational Linguistics 4 Virtual and Augmented Reality 5 Cyber Security 6 Develop programs and applications
ОтветитьWhat I take cyber security or information technology from btech?
Which branch grow in 2030?
Good points but its clear that AI will kill entry-level jobs for cybersecurity. Only experienced professionals who know how to use AI and have strong communication skills will remain. It will be a lot harder for inexperienced people to find jobs (already very hard). Also, I disagree with your point about increasing cyber attacks due to AI would mean more jobs as AI could also be used for defense and analysis against them, reducing the work an individual has to do. The future of the job market as a whole looks very concerning.
Ответитьi am planning for a career change through CISA exam and what should I learn alongwith my CISA Preparation in order to get the most of my new career and land a job as fast as possible
ОтветитьAs a plumber, this is interesting.
ОтветитьAi use will grow on both sides - Red and Blue. Cybersecurity will only grow as a requirement for any business.
ОтветитьIt comes down to people. Always. Ai is just another tool. Computers replaced rooms of people tabulating and yet here we are today. Be the person who knows how to use the tools to help people.
ОтветитьIs it real....ai cannot raplace cyber security
ОтветитьThis was a question I’ve been meaning to ask and thanks to your video it naturally popped up in Q for me to watch. Perfect.
Thanks for your expert advice and research!
You're the best
ОтветитьI thin ai will replace programmers but not cyber security professionals
ОтветитьCreative jobs are unlikely to be effective by AI in the near future because creativity along with emotions are the things that ai lacks also, no thing made by ai can be copyrighted so no one can use it under their name.
Any art need to have its copyright if yiu want to earn profit from it.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
AI are dumb
ОтветитьGood presentation. I'm considering cyber security and this has been on my mind. Thanks
ОтветитьI respectfully disagree. If you understand AI and the potential effects of AGI, you'd be more aware.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video, I'm a millennial, and starting in cybersecurity is to me as intriguing as it is fearful. Watching your videos definitely gives me the courage that I can do this. Thank you for showing me that way and not gate keeping anything.
ОтветитьSo yes, AI will replace many, especially around lower level, technical focused professionals, hence facilitates the need to improve poeple skills. Poeple that are good at thinking and communicating ideas are always at low percentage, which means most likely the competence bar will be raising, and relevant professionals are condensed. And no, AI will not replace all professionals, the locus of responsibility will always be human, which means no matter how great AI generated output seems, someone has to sign it off and take responsibility if it goes wrong. So finally, one should stop dreaming that one set of skill will ever be enough, diversifying skills is becoming paramount.
ОтветитьIm currently in my last 6 months of my associates in cyber security. But i want to be ready for a job after i graduate. Should i study a certification while im finishing school? Im thinking security plus.
ОтветитьHi,
I saw some of your videos and wanted to know that whether I can take a diploma course in cyber security after finishing the degree of Bvoc. Forensic science and microbiology?
is it still worth going to chat gpt
ОтветитьSir, please make a video on the roadmap for the security architect, how to start, and what requirements we need?
ОтветитьThank you mate😊😊😊
ОтветитьUnix Guy can I please ask some advice? I'm a stay at home dad starting in on Google Certs on Coursera and may do a few other courses with the immediate aim of getting my Comptia A+ Certification. I have no college degree, but have held serious positions with customer service experience and I do find myself to be a generally approachable and likeable person. My question for you is what should I put my time into as far as learning once I cover A+? is that enough foundational knowledge to start applying for IT jobs at places like hospitals and small schools or what else would get me there?
ОтветитьHey, are you the UnixGuy from TechExams forum?
ОтветитьHey brother, I’m 23 and I’m fairly comfortable on the computer. I didn’t go to college and became a sheriffs deputy working at the local jail almost straight out of high school. I left that job about two years ago. I’m a bit intimidated by this field because I have 0 knowledge of coding etc. My wife is in the military and we move a lot. If I really pursue this field, will the fact that we move so frequently be a career killer? Or is this kind of work something I can do while being mobile. Thanks for your time!
Ответитьgreat video . AI is going to be a massive shakeup in cybersecurity
ОтветитьCould you suggest completely free resources to start with to get into cybersecurity?
ОтветитьI appreciate you content, always keeping it up with good insights.
Did you see that Microsoft is launching it's own certificate just like google on coursera? it is named: 'Microsoft Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate'. It'll be really nice if you can give us your thoughts and also compare both. You're great man!
I'm new to cybersecurity but I was think I could use AI to make my job easier, have a greater level of redundancy and be more efficient for the company.
Ответитьis it future proof career in cyber security in australia ?
Ответитьwhat an amazing video sir thank you
ОтветитьHey, I wanted to ask if any recommendations for learning the basics of the cloud have changed since the last time you made a video about it?
ОтветитьVery thorough and insightful approach to such a controversial topic. Keep up the good work UnixGuy!
I also wanted to ask, if I were to pursue a cyber security career, what major would be appropriate for me to take during university? Perhaps Computer Science? or what do you recommend? Thanks UnixGuy!
Thanks UnixGuy for the insightful video.... keep it up!
ОтветитьYour channel has become a go-to resource for me, and I always look forward to your new content. thanks Unixguy!!
ОтветитьWas waiting for this video. Thanks for clearing my doubts! Great and informative as always. Keep it going our virtual mentor!
ОтветитьHey @UnixGuy, I’m 24 and I want to get into GRC. I just got my Masters in Cybersecurity last December and I’m getting started on certs. I want to get the Security+ to brush up on my knowledge and along with the Google Cyber cert before/while I start getting hands on experience and eventually CRISC/CISM/CISA. I honestly want to dive into CRISC right now and pass, then certify when I have the 3 years of experience!! I’m very aware of the cyberthreat landscape, but not so much hands-on experience or skills. Is that a good plan? I value your opinion so I’d love to know what you think!!
ОтветитьYour video content shines light in a sometimes dark and confusing space. Thank you for sharing your insights and giving of yourself to help others.
ОтветитьWhile AI can automate certain tasks, the need for human judgment and expertise in cybersecurity remains crucial. AI can certainly be a tool to aid cybersecurity professionals, but it's unlikely to replace them entirely. I feel the same way about most professions. AI will not replace ALL lawyers but it will replace the lawyers who fail to enhance their productivity using AI.🤖
